OTOTEMAN_what if (from “ototeman,” the root of the word Totem), a performance somewhere between a game and a ritual, an imaginary room where anything is possible; two souls closely linked to each other, constantly searching for a space to coexist. The purpose of OTOTEMAN_what if is to explore the most instinctive part of our being, encompassing both body and mind.

An ironic and carnal dance characterizes the relationship between two bodies that find themselves in a common yet alien state, balanced yet unsettled. Continuously evoked, shape-shifting images and figures thus become a mirror of what it means for these two souls to be free.

OTOTEMAN_what if is born from a visceral need for lightness and personal freedom; it is a liberating ritual and a room we hope everyone can find within themselves.
